Mediation
At 11 Stone Buildings we strongly support all types of alternative dispute resolution. All our barristers are available to take part in mediations but we have a specialist group of accredited Mediators with a very high rate of successful settlements on the day.
Our Mediators are accredited with a wide range of bodies including The ADR Group, CEDR and ClerksRoom and are members of numerous panels including the Bar Council, Property Bar Association, Chancery Bar Association, Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, Dispute Mediation Limited and the Central London County Court Mediation Scheme.
ADR accredited members are Michael Beckman QC, Alan Gourgey QC, Donald McCue and Jonathan Arkush. The latter has mediated some 150 disputes and is in high demand for his ADR expertise. Jonathan received the ADRg Award 2006 for his contribution to ADR and at the time was cited as one of the group’s most successful mediators.
