At 11 Stone Buildings we are strongly supportive of all types of alternative dispute resolution, of which mediation is the most popular. We have a specialist group of accredited Mediators with a very high rate of successful settlements on the day. All our barristers are available to take part in mediations. Our Mediators are accredited with a wide range of bodies including The ADR Group, CEDR and ClerksRoom and are members of numerous panels including the Bar Council, Property Bar Association, Chancery Bar Association, Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, Dispute Mediation Limited and the Central London County Court Mediation Scheme. Our Mediators include Jonathan Arkush, who has mediated over 100 disputes and is in high demand for his ADR expertise. Jonathan received the ADRg Award 2006 for his contribution to ADR and was cited as one of the group’s most successful mediators.
