11 SB helps raise funds for the 2012 London Legal Walk
On Monday 21st May, 20 members and staff of 11 Stone Buildings, and our mascots Rufus and Monty, joined 6,000 fellow walkers to raise funds for the London Legal Support Trust, the Free Representation Unit and the Bar Pro Bono Unit.
These agencies do a fantastic job in preventing homelessness, resolving debt problems, gaining care for the elderly and disabled and fighting exploitation. Due to impending cuts, however, they are short of funds to continue that work.
A big thank you to all the donors who helped us raise well over £3,000.
