Eminent silk joins 11 SB
11 Stone Buildings is delighted to announce that Jeremy Cousins QC will join as a member of Chambers on 1st December 2010.
As an established and respected commercial chancery silk, Jeremy will perfectly complement Chambers' expertise in the areas of general commercial litigation, company / insolvency, banking, professional negligence, trusts and fiduciary obligations and property.
Chambers UK 2011 recently acknowledged Jeremy as "greatly experienced" and "impressively engaging" and "...a popular pick among solicitors for complicated or weighty commercial litigation".
Jeremy formerly held tenancy with Selborne Chambers. He was appointed a Deputy High Court Judge in 2007. Prior to taking silk Jeremy was on the Treasury Panel and was nominated by the Attorney General for leading work. He was chairman of the Midland Chancery and Commercial Bar Association from 2002-2006.
