Licensed access is a system whereby suitable expert organisations or individuals can apply to the Bar Council to be licensed to instruct barristers directly on their own behalf or on behalf of clients. We currently work on a regular basis with insolvency practitioners, accountants, architects, surveyors, loss adjusters and other direct access clients. The clerks are on hand for any assistance you may require when instructing direct.
