Unless otherwise agreed, members of Chambers provide their services on the terms specified by COMBAR basis B, or, by arrangement, COMBAR basis A. Instructions accepted prior to 31 January 2013 will continue to be governed by the Terms of work on which Barristers Offer Their Services to Solicitors and the Withdrawal of Credit Scheme 1988.
