Jane Giret QC is the Head of our Company & Insolvency Group and has particular expertise in:

She also deals with general chancery and commercial litigation. A major focus of her work is company directors and their conduct, including directors' fraud and disqualification proceedings. Her expertise also includes shareholder disputes and complex receiverships and administrations.
