Don McCue specialises in commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration. His cases involve sale of goods and services, building and engineering, warranties on business sales, commercial agencies, non-compete clauses and all other commercial issues.
Don also acts in partnership/LLP disputes and professional negligence actions for and against lawyers, architects, accountants and surveyors, as well as appearing in the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
He is experienced at advising on the pre-emptive and interlocutory steps available to combat fraud and dishonesty. He appeared in the most recent Court of Appeal case on dishonest assistance in a breach of trust.
Don is a qualified mediator with ADR Group.
He was one of the first barristers to qualify for Public Access work.
