Called to the Johannesburg Bar in 1988 where he practised in general commercial law before coming to the Bar in London in 1995. Denis practises in all areas of commercial litigation including:
- Disputes arising out of large commercial transactions
- Commercial fraud
- Sale of Goods
- Partnership
- Agency
- Professional Negligence Claims
- Claims arising out of software and hardware issues
His international background and legal knowledge has lead to him dealing with an increasing number of international disputes particularly commercial fraud cases.
